[MilCom] W. PA Cool 11 Flight

Starting a little after 2:00PM Local, I picked up what sounded like Cool 11
flight of two transitioning through the area.  First heard comms to
Cleveland Center on 327.1.  Cool 11 eventually switched to 123.95 and
mentioned landing runway 28 Right.  It could have been 28 Left also.  They
were descending and I am pretty sure they were landing in Pittsburgh.  Never
heard this callsign before.
