1:04PM Local Comms between Steel 11 and 12 heard on 293.7 and 301.60. They must be headed to the Duke MOA for maneuvers and refuelling. Duke MOA set to be active between 1:15 PM and 2:45 PM local. Will update later if anything interesting happens. Dave
