Not sure if anyone picked this up yet or not, but SPAR 30 is C-37A 01-0030, 310th AS MacDill AFB.

Spar-30 left here at Scott AFB around 11:00AM CDT.  Freqs were 128.25>125.2 
then i believe contacted Kansas City Center heading westerly.  Anyone know 
what this is, got a slight glimpsse of him at a distance, it was small.  I 
thought it was a C-21 cause it wasnt noisy.
