 282.425 is a valid freq heard on a semi regular basis
over the DC region.

I have seen some posts for Customs' freq 282.425 (Blue
1) and I have 
seen posts for Customs aircraft using 282.4.
Is 282.4 a valid frequency or just a truncated
282.425?
