[MilCom] MIL: 11175.0 - SCENARIO

     11175.0 was active at 1313z with SCENARIO (good levels here;
spelled callsign) working OFFUTT for a phone patch to a DSN 271 number
but both parties rapidly faded to unreadable levels by beginning of
patch.  Apparent orderwire coordination.  At 1440z ANDREWS
(weak/barely readable)  worked [too weak to id] to advise "no current
traffic" and gone.
