[MilCom] BUSTER 27 and 28 TRB

BUSTER 27 and 28 RTB'ing at this time on VHF128.975. 28 just flew over the  
house, very quiet jet, probably about 4-5k feet. Very large looking. Triangular 
 light pattern of lights underneath with two strobes at the rear. Almost 
looked  like the light pattern on those Belgian UFO pics from years ago.
 
Anyone have an id for Buster?
 
Activity on 371.075 regarding getting fule from a tanker.
