I think it was once used by the fighters of the NJ ANG at Atlantic City  
(AC), but that units still exists but doesnt use the call any longer that i know  
of.
 
I did however hear a regular USAF F-16 from 388FW (Hill AFB) using ACEY 1  
not too long ago.
