Just heard Duke 02 transitioning through the area and talking to Cleveland
Center on 307.15.  They mentioned Barksdale AFB.  Any units there use the
Duke Callsign or could they still be the Vance T-38's that several people
have sent me?

W. PA - 9:15AM Local
Caught Duke 98 checking in with Cleveland Center on 276.40.  Cleveland Ctr
requested that he switched over to 338.35 for a radio check.  He did that
and I could actually catch both sides of the conversation.  Nothing earth
shattering but I've never been able to pick up the controller side.  Duke 98
then switched back to 276.40.

Any idea who uses the Duke callsign?
