[MilCom] Reach 394/Sigonella

hi all

1815 Reach 394 on 11175 with Sigonella. requests a phone patch.
Sigonella advise them to push 311
Reach 394 advise them they need an hf freq. 
frequency given for 311 is 11220
Andrews take the call
Reach 394 wish to make a p/p to DSN 3184424100
Sigonella then come back and Reach 394 ask for DSN 3184422920
Sigonella advise this freq is busy with other data traffic and then qsy to 8992

8992 comms are bad here.. 

perhaps somebody else may hear something
