USN definitely. DEA - never seen them here in all my years. This is one of 
several Tactical Support Center (TSC) frequencies used by US Navy Maritime 
Patrol assets. Outisde of the US Mil it is also used by RAF STCICS and is a 
listed CANFORCE discrete.
