Been hearing whalesong all night, but buried inside it has been some voice callups:

FIGHTING TIGER 20 calling TURTLE (??)

and now I am hearing MIL-STD 188-110 serial tfc but unable to decode because of the whalesong.

I am thinking POSSIBLY an exercise to see how back jamming tears up comms?  Whalesong levels have varied from almost nil to s9+20 over the last hour...
