Early this morning I heard the
callsign Phoenix on the freq of
276.050 anyone know the callsign
and what that freq is used for
sounds like he was talking to
ground station couldnt make out
a callsign 

On March,3 A Navywide 1 day stand-down 
for order for all non-deployed and
deployed squadron to happen before
