[MilCom] Visual Sighting

About 10:15 am local today had relatively low pass of KC-10 between Winder 
and Monroe, Georgia.  He was low enough that you could make out that it was 
a tanker so figured he was between 5,000 and 10,000 feet.  Anyone of CAP 
operation over Atlanta?
