[MilCom] T-38C type radios?

Thank you everyone that responded to my queiry abouthe RAPTOR radios.
One more.  I know the T-38Cs now have VHF capability.  I was just wondering what the 
model number on the radio(s) might be?  I spoke to a T-38C pilot at an air show last 
year.  He said the radios have 21 pre-sets.  I thought that was a little odd.  Most have 
20. Also, I can not remember if he told only one radio had TX/RX capability and the other 
was RX only.
