[MilCom] SKYKING callsign on HF-GCS

As far as I know, SKYKING is a broadcast call for all a/c on the freq to 
pay attention.  I may  be wrong on "all" but I am pretty sure that it's 
a broadcast for numerous aircraft.  Usually folowed by a coded message.
