[MilCom] KC-135R "Bolt 44" has problem

It is 9:30am EDT (1330z).
  MacDill AFB KC-135R tanker "Bolt 44" has problems. He is over St  
Petersburg airport and is having generator problems.  Is up with MacDill's  Lightning 
Ops on 311.0, and with MacDill's Thunder Ops on 292.1 attempting  checklisted 
fixes, but to no avail so far.
