[MilCom] E-4B "Lana 28" departs Patrick for Andrews AFB

It is 7:35pm EDT (2335z).
  Moments ago, E-4B "Lana 28" departed Patrick AFB for Andrews AFB.  While he 
was here, I was able to get the tail number; it is 31676  (73-1676).
  The big bird (Boeing 747) landed here at 5:15pm, and took off at  7:10pm.  
Looked beautiful too.
