Basically this is the cross band repeater (for the 49 mhz MA Army National 
Guard repeaters throughout the state) on Mt Wachusetts in Princton, MA.  So 
the units you were monitoring could have been using the 49 mhz repeater next 
to Cambridge.

"55" and "51" testing radio circuit. 51 stated "55 you're loud and clear in 
Cambridge". Then both stations signed off.
