[MilCom] MISTY 1, 2, & 3 FREQS

Has anyone had any luck picking up activity when the MISTY 1, 2, and 3 ATCAA
And MOAs are active?  This complex of MOAs is located in Northwestern NY,
basically on Lake Ontario. I am interested in any freqs associated with this
and what usually occurs.  Down at the DUKE MOA in my neck of the woods they
usually do refuelling for aircraft coming from R-5802, the Bollen Range.
Before entering the DUKE, the aircraft contact Cleveland Center on 353.85, I
wonder if the aircraft entering the MISTY compex contact Cleveland Center on
the Dunkirk Discrete Freq of 263.10?

The altitude blocks for the MOAs is between 3,000 FT and 18,000 FT and the
Air Traffic Control Assigned Airspace blocks for the three areas is from
18,000 FT up to 50,000 Ft.

MISTY 1, 2, and 3 are set to be active this morning from about 9:45 AM to
12:00 PM according to http://www.faa.mil/ops/docs/x_next24sua.html , so
maybe with this heads up someone can tune in on the action.
