  MacDill 6AMW KC-135R "Bolt 12" is up with MacDill Lightning Ops via  MARS 
13927.1 for multiple ph patches. Advises has aborted mission due to maint  
problem (#4 PFC); wants other acft so as to complete check ride. ETA  MacDill in 
45 mikes.
