[MilCom] Spur 01 bringing General to Little Rock

  "Spur 01" is up with MARS on 13927.1 kHz USB. He is Little Rock  314AW 48AS 
C-130J-30 #02-0314; and he is flying over Texas at the moment.  On his phone 
patch to Little Rock CP, he said: 
  "Spread the word. The General is ours. We will be pulling in front  of Base 
Ops 15 minutes early. Have everyone ready for protocol."
