[MilCom] Correction to post yesterday

While working up the intercept from yesterday of milsat downlinks I noticed 
I typed 255.500 MHz below for SS comms. That is definitely NOT a milsat 
downlink. That should read 255.550 which is Fleet Charlie/UFO Quebec.

Gotta keep it real. More info on all the active freqs on my Milcom blog this 
morning.
