[MilCom] StrikeStar, StarGate working

It is Wed., 10:50am EDT (1450z).
  "STRIKESTAR" (JSTARS) is up on 225.725 wkg "Star 01" and "Star 02,"  which 
are mobile units.  STRIKESTAR is also up on freq 320.5.
  A bit earlier I heard "STARGATE" on unknown freq.
 
  Patrick AFB is finally alive again. They had "Quiet Hours" at the  base 
this morning (no engines run), due to ceremony for Col Susan Helms taking  
command of the 45th Space Wing here at Patrick.  You might remember that  Susan 
Helms was an astronaut who spent 6 months aboard the ISS.
