[MilCom] Peach 31 to land Robins AFB 2015z (4:15pm EDT)

It is Tuesday 12:45pm EDT (1645z).
  At 1557z and again at 1613z, JSTARS E-8C "Peach 31" made a phone  patch to 
Robins AFB "Peachtree Ops" and coordinated his landing time there for  2015z. 
He was given the wx for landing there. The phone patch was made via  Trenton 
Mil on 11232.0 kHz USB.
  Again,  moments ago, at 1645z, Peach 31 asked Peachtree Ops  about their 
tanker and was told "the extender cancelled."
