[MilCom] Lifter 19 has problem; ends AAR; will RTB

It is Sun, 11:58pm EDT (Mon 0358z).
I am hearing an AAR on 327.6.  "Sluff 97" (OH-ANG KC-135R from Rickenbacker) 
is fueling Charleston 437AW C-17A  "Lifter 19." The receiver now says he has a 
problem; light is going off and on.  Has decided to RTB to KCHS immmediately.
