[MilCom] Military Base's Clearance Delivery Radio Protocol?

Might be similar to the way some airlines do.  They
call it PDC here at Nashville.   Not sure what the
initials stand for but they get the clearance that
way, via ACARS instead of reading it.  But it's also
read to a lot of a/c too.
