[MilCom] "FAST 71" F-16s at Avon Park Bombing Range

Lotta misinformation on Milcom lately, Andy.
Some BAMAs are definitely TDY at MacDill and working the Avon Park Bombing  
Range every day. Heard them again today, a short while ago.
