[MilCom] W.PA - DUKE MOA 6/16/06

Starting at about 11:40 Local picked up YANKEE 16 contacting Cleveland CTR
on 353.85.  Also have TAC Freq 138.15 in use.  They are in the Duke MOA and
sounds like four aircraft.  At least one of the aircraft is using Callsign
UGLY (Willow Grove).  Sounds like they are doing some ground attacks,
coordinating on 138.150.  They are going in to destroy two bridges on the
south end of town that are being used by insurgents.  Pretty neat stuff.
