Definitely. A lot of the transport acft use that  freq. It will surprise you. 
 Since it replaced MacDill's 132.775 several  years ago, I hear it used 
regularly by MacDill visitors, for example the C-130s  that stop by for gas after 
completing Caribbean OPBAT support missions and  Central American missions. 
Might be that they are looking for a llittle more  privacy than the UHF 311.0 
freq would afford. So you might not expect to hear  daily comms on the freq, but 
when you hear it used, it might be from an acft  seeking some privacy, and 
those are always the most interesting comms. Just  because the freq is not 
published for your area, does not mean it will not show  up in use.
