[MilCom] "FAST 71" F-16s at Avon Park Bombing Range

It is Thurs, 12:50pm EDT (1650z).
   FAST 71, a flight of NY-ANG F-16Cs from Syracuse (174FW), is  now working 
at Avon Park Bombing Range. They were up on 292.2 and are now up on  285.725 
discussing laser work. 
  I believe the BASS 61 flight I previously reported  at Avon Park Bombing 
Range was also a FAST flight. Thanks to Mark Cleary for  hearing the callsign 
more clearly than I did.
