[MilCom] 38.5 MHz Range IDed

[Larry Van Horn, N5FPW]

Been sitting on 38.500 MHz with the BC796T and have now IDed this range as 
Fort Drum, NY (151.4 Hz) as of 0940 EDT. Finally! They are getting QRM from 
another range control.

Definite opening into the northeast from my QTH at EM85 (western NC). MUF 
has driven into 6 meters.
