[MilCom] W.PA - AR220 Refuelling (Update)

As of 11:13AM they've wrapped up refuelling on 352.60, the two have just
switched to 126.725 to talk to Cleveland Center.  On a kind of interesting
side note, the boom operator said that this was his last aerial refuelling,
and the pilot of the C-5 said that the person just refuelled was her last
time in the C-5, she's going to fly C-17s next.  All the best to both of
them....
