Just an update..  The correct Navy repeaters linked are located at:

Cape Cod (#1) MA area
Framingham (MA)
Goshen (MA)
Groton (CT)
Warren (MA)

I wonder if they are all using the same output if they are linked via a 400 
mhz link or a VHF high band link?
