[MilCom] Rappel 01 and Rappel 02 at Avon Park Bombing Range

A short while ago two aircraft entered Avon Park Bombing Range for "range  
orientation only."  They observed the target areas and took special note of  the 
urban village on the range.
 
Callsigns were Rappel 01 & Rappel 02.  They arrived and  departed using UHF 
ATC frqs. A long while ago Luke acft used that  callsign.
