  Reach 258 has made several ph patches attempting to contact Gen  Mitchell 
Field in Milwaukee WI. Finally got ph patch through to Customs who will  relay 
message to field.  Rch 258 is inbound to Mitchell Field; ETA is 1330  local 
(1830z).
