Of course the requestors to remove their information do not have the 
authority to make such a request.  In fact, the requestor can possibly get 
in trouble for making a request without the authority to do so.   Blanton 
should request under both what explicit government requlation is the request 
being made and the authority of the requestor under that authority.  As we 
all know, in the US, military authorities generally do not have the power to 
tell non-DOD employees what to do.
