[MilCom] BOLT 41 refueling Lifter 31 now

It is Thur 9:55am EDT (1355z).
   MacDill KC-135 tanker "Bolt 41" is about to AAR Charleston  C-17A "Lifter 
31" here.  They are in air-air comms on 327.6, talking about  dodging 
thunderstorms. Thunderstorms exist along Florida's east coast from  Ormond Beach south 
to West Palm Beach.
   Lifter 31 passed his tail number as 95-0103. Bolt 41 passed  his tail as 
58-0149, which I do not find as a legitimate tail number for a  KC-135.
   Both aircraft are up with Miami Center on 119.825 (Miami Ctr @  Melbourne 
Hi-Alt).
