[MilCom] Heads up Central GA/NASA 806

NASA 806 was working with a N425AS. I caught a brief comm with Jax Center on
128.075 where 425AS said something about 806. I started following him on the
ARTCC freqs and he was shadowing the track of NASA 806. 425AS was making
numerous requests with Atlanta Center to stay in the tops of the clouds.
When he made his request he would state "they are asking us to". I searched
the mil/civ VHF and UHF for an air-air but had no luck. Both aircraft are
now descending toward Robins AFB.
