[MilCom] W.PA - Duke MOA 7/24/06

Starting at about 9:35AM Local.  FLYER (A-10s, Willow Grove) Flight checked
in with Cleveland Center on 353.85.  At 9:50AM OPEC 13 (KC-10 McGuire AFB)
checked in with the Flyer Flight on 301.60.  The Flyers said they were
finishing up some Air to Air and will get with them at 10:00AM.  Flyer is a
flight of three as follows: FLYER 1 80-0273, FLYER 2 80-0184, FLYER 3
82-0647.  This is FLYER 3's first time refuelling with the KC-10...
At 10:14 the refuelling is wrapped up and the A-10s drop below 16,000 and
are going to stick around for a little bit.  I haven't been able to get them
on any air to air TAC freq, they may be using the FM Low Band.
