Just FYI- The Blues are flying the old "A" model F-18.  They have ARC-182s not ARC-210s.
 Although that not is not your problem.  I have been listening to the Blues for a lot of
years loud and clear.  First check to see the ATT on your scanner is NOT on.  Then try
another antenna.  I use a diamond 77 and MFJ-1717.  They beat the stock antenna by far.
