[MilCom] Homestead F-16s working again.

It is Tues, 12:13pm EDT (1613z).
  It has been several days since we have heard from the Homestead  ARB 93FS 
boys, but they are in Avon Park Bombing Range now, about to work Placid  MOA. 
They are up on 292.2, and they are using 138.125 for air-air.
