[MilCom] MIL: 4721.0 - EAM traffic

     4721.0 was active at 0130z+/- with unknown player (weak/fair
levels here; missed id while looking for simulcast freqs - none found
including 4724.0, 8992.0 etc) bcsting an EAM.  It's an interesting
frequency - part of the OR bandplan and known MYSTIC STAR freq but not
associated in the past with EAM activity.
