[MilCom] NICKELs & CHECK F/A-18s heading to W-158

It is Sun, 4:13pm EDT (2013z).
  Beaufort F/A-18s "Nickel 31," "Nickel 33," and "Check 61" have all  been 
read their clearance by Patrick AFB's Clearance Delivery as "Cleared to NBC  
(Beaufort) with half hour delay in W-158."
  As I type this they are taking off from Patrick AFB.
