[MilCom] RIPPER 31 heading to NAS Key West

It is Sun, 11:21am EDT (1521z).
  RIPPER 31 just departed Patrick AFB, heading to NAS Key West. I did  not 
eyeball him, but imagine he is an Oceana F/A-18 having switched from  Tomcats.  
  Handoff sequence: 269.375, 281.425, 370.9, 293.225, 293.25. 
  Patrick's Clearance Delivery had given him a clearance to "Homestead  147 
radial, 001 mile fix," but he informs Miami Ctr that his event there has  been 
cancelled so he will go direct to NAS Key West.
