12:30PM Local - HOSER 12 trying to contact TARA (OR TERRA) 48 on AR220

12:31PM - HOSER tries to contact on 282.70 AR Secondary
12:32PM - HOSER and TARA make contact with each other and at 12:34 TARA 48
is at the IP.  They have the block from 19,000 to 21,000 feet.

I'm pretty sure HOSER 12 is a KC-135 out of McGuire AFB, NJ.  I'll try to
listen in for more info and try to nail down where TARA (TERRA) 48 is from.

They've just started so tune in if you can...
