[MilCom] Peach 24 inbound with fumes in acft

It is Thurs, 11:38am EDT (1538z).
  JSTARS acft "Peach 24" is up with Peachtree Ops via MARS freq  13927.1. 
Pilot is obviously wearing a mask, very muffled, but readable. Says  they have 
fumes in the aircraft; fumes have affected two individuals; they need  a flight 
doctor to meet the aircraft; they are inbound to Robins AFB.
