Mark,

Thank you for the excellent article on scanning Charleston,SC in
Monitoring Times.  You did a fantistic job of covering the area in
detail. Everything from Public Safety, Marine, and of course, MilCom.
I know space is an issue, but I wish you could have been more
discriptive of how the talkgroups for the City of Charleston TRS are
used. Such as, how are the Meeting, Event, CTAC T/G's used.  In
addition, you listed 10 Team Patrol Areas, but it appears there only
T/G's for Peninsula and West Ashley I'm not clear on how the other
Patrol Areas are dispatched.
