[MilCom] BOLT 31 about to refuel F-15 flight

It is Wed, 9:05am EDT (1305z).
  MacDill KC-135R tanker "Bolt 31" (who also IDs today as Bolt 21,  although 
MacDill's Wednesday callsign numbers begin with 3) is about to AAR  F-15s in 
Offshore Areas 5 Xray and 5 Yankee.  Bolt 31 is up with Sealord on  267.5. He 
is operating in the altitude block from FL220 to FL250.
