[MilCom] MIL: 6761.0 - ARCHIBALD, ANDREWS and ANDREWS ONE

     9027.0 was active earlier with ANDREWS (fair) working ARCHIBALD
after moving him here from 11220.0 but freq unusable as always due to
heavy data qrm.

     6761.0 was active at 0255z with ANDREWS (fair/good) calling and
eventually raising ARCHIBALD (fair/good but sounds slightly off freq;
weak to ANDREWS) and also raising ANDREWS ONE (good).  ANDREWS appears
to be trying various antenna configurations.
