[MilCom] STS-121 launch - Current status is no-go; not scrubbed yet tho

It is Sat, 3:28pm EDT (1928z).
 
Currently we are in a no-go situation with respect to the launch criteria,  
because of anvil clouds and thunderstorms to the west of the pad, but they  are 
continuing with the countdown in hopes it will clear.  But is it  "Observed 
and Forecasted No-Go."  Bet on a scrub.
